Getting started with Light

Create your account and company

Choose Register company, create one personal account and set up your company. The 90-day free trial starts automatically without a payment card. Applying for pilot access is optional.

Choose your company workspace

Use the same personal account for companies you own or work for. Choose the company you want to work in, and switch when needed. Each company's data and your access roles are kept separate.

Equipment, bookings and crew

Start in Equipment to register your inventory and warehouse units. Use Booking to plan jobs, and Crew to coordinate people. Invite crew to the company; freelancers can use their existing personal account.

When you need help

Use Report / suggestions inside Light to describe the problem. Include what you tried and which page you used. Never include passwords, invitation codes or payment card details.
